One thing for sure......I'll never open my own cake shop. I'm crazy, but I'm not THAT crazy. But if I DID have my own shop, I've already got my name and logo ready to go. Nothing like truth in advertising!

"Bitches With Buttercream" ... nice ;) You should so do it and then pitch the idea to the Discovery channel. They would put you in between Dirty Jobs and LA Ink. ;) Then the Food Network would pick your show up to add a more feminine edge to the Ace of Cakes crowd!
